After finishing second in the aerial skiing World Cup title chase on four occasions, Lydia Lassila has finally broken through to win her first crystal globe. Lassila claimed bronze in the final event of the season in Moscow, and that was enough keep her ahead of Chinese arch rival Li Nina on the 2009 World Cup points table.
